Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled on rybakbohdan.com (the “Website”) and in connection with the performance marketing services provided by Bohdan Rybak, an independent marketing consultant based in Ukraine (“I”, “me”, “we”). I am the controller of the personal data described below.

My mobile apps — CS2Oracle and Tempa — are covered by their own privacy policies, available at cs2oracle.app and tempa-planner.app.

2. Data I collect

• Information you send me. When you contact me by email, Telegram or LinkedIn, I receive your name, contact details, company name and anything you include in your message.
• Client and billing information. If we work together, I process business contact details, company and billing details (such as legal name, address and tax identifiers) and payment records needed to invoice and get paid.
• Client campaign data. During an engagement I may access your ad accounts, analytics and reporting tools. I process this data only on your instructions and only to deliver the agreed services.
• Technical data. The Website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the Website and keep it secure.

3. How and why I use data

• To reply to inquiries and prepare proposals — based on your request and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To provide the services we agree on — based on the performance of a contract.
• To issue invoices, keep accounting records and meet tax obligations — based on legal obligations.
• To keep the Website secure and working — based on legitimate interest.

I do not sell personal data, and I do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Service providers

I use a small number of trusted providers to run the Website and my business:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
• Google LLC — email (Gmail) and web fonts (Google Fonts). When the Website loads, your browser requests fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Telegram and LinkedIn — if you choose to contact me through them.
• Banks and payment providers (including Payoneer) — to receive payments for services.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long I keep data

• Inquiries that don’t lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Contracts, invoices and accounting records: for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
• Access to client ad accounts and analytics: removed or handed back at the end of the engagement.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email rybakbohdan@gmail.com — I respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

7. Security

I protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on business accounts and least-privilege access to client tools.

8. Children

The Website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
